Tuesday, 13 September 2011 15:13

Huawei has announced the commercial availability of the world's first LTE TDD wireless broadband router, the Huawei B593, through Saudi Arabian operator Mobily in October this year, in conjunction with the commercial availability of large-scale LTE TDD networks worldwide. The Huawei B593 supports LTE TDD and FDD, features a download speed of up to 100M and provides access to up to 32 WiFi devices as well as desktop computers through an Ethernet cable. The Huawei B593 represents yet another LTE-first for Huawei, after the launch of its LTE FDD wireless broadband router in Germany in Dec. 2010, underscoring Huawei's leadership in the LTE arena.
